This is a rental of virtual private branch telephone exchange via the internet. The system was designed to replace the PABX while customers need not invest in their local PBX system. This helps the business reduce procurement and maintenance costs. The service provides comparable features, that is, the capability of extension numbers, making calls to other destinations, transferring a call, call pick-up, call hold, and the interactive voice response (IVR) or Auto-Attendant. Customer requires only VoIP terminal equipment, for example, IP phone or internet phone adapter that logically connected to NT cloud PBX system via an IP network or the internet of any internet providers.

Service models for NT cloud PBX

Model 1 : Call in with a DID number
  • Incoming call from any phone network is simply directed to the office extension through neither an Operator nor automatic voice response, for example, dial 021044764.

Model 2 : Call in via Auto Attendant or IVR

How to use the service

  • Call to other extension numbers:

Simply dial the extension number directly NT cloud PBX

  • Call to other domestic numbers :

Dial the domestic numbers including domestic fixed-line phone

numbers and domestic mobile phone numbers, for example, 02, 038, 08

  • Call to other foreign countries:

Dial digits 009 followed by a country code and the subscriber number.

Service charge

Monthly charge (maintainance charge)
  • Office extensions of 5-10 numbers : 100 Baht/number/month (minimum charge starts at 5 extension numbers)

  • Office extensions of 11-20 numbers : 80 Baht/ number/month

  • Office extensions from and more than 21 numbers : 50 Baht/number/month

  • Add more public fixed-line number : 100 Baht/number/month

  • The minimum rate charge is at 1 minute. The next minutes are charged for every 6 seconds.

  • All rates are exclusive of 7% VAT and one rate is applied for 24 hours a day.
