This is a telephone service via the public internet, so call, voice over internet protocol (VoIP) with a telephone numbering. The service can be used on any provider’s public internet or any local access point everywhere. It is best for frequent travelers who can virtually make Thailand locals call out with Link numbering and receive Thailand local call in during their business trip as if they were living in Thailand. This service lets the customers need not use costly international roaming on their mobile phones. Link customers can use the service on various equipment including, ATA, IP phone, or NT smartphone application named Link. Customers can choose to apply either postpaid or refill-prepaid services.

Remark: Voice call quality depends on the performance of the internet on the customer side.

How to use the service

Call to other domestic numbers

dial the domestic numbers including domestic fixed-line phone numbers and domestic mobile phone numbers, for example, 02, 038, 08

Call to other foreign countries

dial digits 009 followed by a country code and a subscriber number.

Monthly charge of 200 Baht/numbering

Special promotion!!  the monthly charge of 200 Baht (not including VAT) can be used as the monthly airtime charge of 200 Baht deductible (not including VAT).

  • Buy a new or refill at 100 Baht and can use within 60 days.

  • Buy a new or refill at 200 Baht and can use within 180 days

  • Buy a new or refill at 300 Baht and can use within 365 days

Remark : 

The customer can collect the unlimited refill amount and the number of days under the condition that the refill date must be within 30 days from the last remaining date. If the refill date is outside this 30 day window, the system will terminate the Link numbering automatically. The system will update the number of the remaining day soon after the refill process is done.
