Service detail : SCCP Function (Signaling Connection Control Part) is a signaling service for International Roaming service (IR) and International Short Message service (ISMS) to serve domestic and international mobile operators. SCCP Function service is charged based on the volume of Message Signaling Unit (MSU) during IR location update while the roaming device is used aboard or while network switches (mobile location update) and the amount of data transported via international SMS.

• The SMS is delivered over SMPP (Short Message Peer-to-Peer) Protocol.
• Each SMS supports up to 70 characters for SMS in Thai and up to 160 characters for SMS in English.
